Executive Leadership Roundtables

Senior Managers, C-Suite and Key Executives often face similar challenges both in their roles at work and in their need to find an appropriate peer group when seeking professional and personal growth. As iron sharpens iron, top leaders need a setting where they can be refined as they refine others. The Executive Roundtable Program and the Senior Manager Roundtable Program, both of which Nancy facilitates at Indiana University South Bend Leighton School of Business and Economics, offer this unique professional development environment.

Fundamentally, the Roundtables function as confidential peer accountability groups designed to strengthen leadership and support personal development. Participants identify and build upon their strengths as well as cultivate and hone the leadership skills needed to navigate critical tasks demanded by their roles.

Executive Leadership Roundtables are created exclusively for senior managers and executives; participation is on a membership basis and a commitment is expected, along with a willingness to engage and contribute. Group membership is designed to be diverse, with a limit of one member per industry and one member per company.

You may choose to work with an executive coach for a variety of reasons. Many chief officers find that the need to enhance their skills at conflict resolution is a key factor in the coaching decision. Increased confidence, improved self-awareness as an individual and in their role, and better interpersonal skills are other frequently cited reasons to begin an engagement.

RoundTable Consulting works with businesses and non-profits to develop all strategic plan components, starting from a high-level analysis all the way through individual action items. The end result is that your team is guided through the development of a full strategic plan with deliverables tailored to your unique organization.
